Themes

Horizontal issues

Horizontal issues are cross-cutting themes relevant to multiple security research areas.

They include:

  • Foresight studies on security threats and roadmaps;
  • Standardisation, testing and certification;
  • Communication and ICT systems;
  • Resilience.

Horizontal issues are important drivers for the further consolidation of the Community of Users and are a general fixture of the CoU meetings and workshops.
